The property
The property sits above the village of La Calera, in the province of Cáceres, within the Villuercas-Ibores-Jara Geopark — a UNESCO Global Geopark of quartzite ridges, oak woodland and deep valleys in eastern Extremadura. The plot runs to 15,104 m², roughly 1.5 hectares, and the buildings are arranged around a pool and lawn with the sierra directly behind.
There are four apartments, each with a stated built area of 88.34 m². They read as traditional Extremaduran building: lime-rendered walls on stone bases, heavy timber ceilings, terracotta floors, and small windows with solid wooden shutters. Each opens onto a covered porch under deep eaves, with columns, planting and rose beds along the front.
Separate from the apartments, a salón cenador — a dining pavilion — stands at the pool's edge. It is a single open-plan room under a pitched, beamed roof, glazed almost floor to ceiling along the terrace side, with a kitchen bar, an open fireplace and a long refectory table. Its built area has not been stated by the owner.
The apartments
Interiors are plain and cool against the summer: whitewashed walls, exposed beams, and shuttered windows set deep into the thickness of the wall. Each apartment has its own kitchen and living room; the photographs show twin bedrooms and tiled shower rooms.
The number of bedrooms and bathrooms per apartment, and the total sleeping capacity, have not yet been supplied.
The salón cenador
The pavilion is the communal room of the property — one volume, open to the roof, with a run of full-height glazing facing the pool terrace. A kitchen bar with stools sits at one end, an open fire at the other, and a long table between them.
It is the one building here that is unmistakably contemporary in finish, and it gives the property a single large space for gathering that the individual apartments do not have.

Location
La Calera is a village in the Villuercas-Ibores-Jara Geopark, in the east of Cáceres province. The geopark is a UNESCO Global Geopark, known for its folded quartzite ridges, holm-oak dehesa and walking routes; Guadalupe and its monastery lie within the same range.
The property is on Calle Mirasierra, on the edge of the village, with open ground and woodland immediately behind it.
